Modi goes to High Court over disciplinary hearing

IPL’s suspended chairman, Lalit Modi has appealed to the High Court to suppress the BCCI’s disciplinary proceedings against him. Modi has also asked the court to appoint a committee consisting of representatives which are mutually acceptable to both the parties, the BCCI and Modi.
