Shahid Afridi takes amazing catch of White

Shahid Afridi took an excellent catch of Cameron White in the first of the two T20Is at Birmingham to send the Aussies to a rather difficult position. White was on 17 and was looking to make the most of the end overs, when Mohammad Aamer was called upon to bowl and he immediately stuck.

White tried to hit the ball to the long-off fence, but in the process, managed to only chip the ball towards mid-off. Afridi ran from extra-cover towards mid-off and then dived full-length to take a brilliant catch of White.

At that stage, the Aussies were 109/5 and looked like they would struggle to get to the target of 168.

Earlier, Afridi had also taken the catch of Michael Clarke off the bowling of Abdul Razzaq.
