The format and the schedule for the Champions League T20, 2010 has been announced by the Governing Council. The Champions League T20, which will be played in South Africa will see the ten teams divided into two groups of five sides each playing a round-robin format.

Farveez Maharoof celebrated his comeback to the Sri Lankan team with a hat-trick against India in the 39th over of the innings. In fact, India lost four wickets off fours balls and that pegged the Indians back. Maharoof’s hat-trick was the fourth by a Sri Lankan.
