Pakistan beat South Africa, can still qualify for semi-finals

Pakistan beat South Africa in their final Super Eight game which has knocked South Africa out of the ICC World T20. This also means that England are through to the semi-finals for the T20 World Cup and Pakistan can still qualify for the semi-finals.

This also means that Pakistan continues to remain in the tournament and has given itself a chance to play in the semi-finals of the tournament, based on the result of the match between England and New Zealand.

Now, if England beats New Zealand, then based on the net run-rate situation, the Pakistanis will be able to pip the South Africans and Kiwis to the post and qualify for the semi-finals along with England.

If New Zealand beats England, both, New Zealand and England will go through.
