Sourav Ganguly takes a superb catch of Yusuf Pathan vs Rajasthan

Sourav Ganguly almost led by example in the game against the Rajasthan Royals by taking a stunning catch of Yusuf Pathan in the 53rd game of the IPL.

Pathan was sent up at the number three position and he was trying to get his eye in. However, this was the first shot he attempted in anger and the ball went high up in the air, and seemed to have cleared the in-field after Pathan hit Jaidev Unadkat towards the mid-wicket.

Ganguly ran back some 25-30 yards, and for most part of it, it looked like he would not be able get under the ball and catch it. Sure enough, Ganguly would have never got under the ball, had he not dived. Ganguly dived full length while running backwards and grasped the catch!

Pathan walked back and left the Royals struggling at 74/3.
