Shane Warne gets four wickets, his best bowling analysis
Shane Warne ended with his best bowling figures in T20 cricket as he scalped a 4/21 in his four overs for Rajasthan Royals against the Deccan Chargers at Jamtha in Nagpur.
Warne’s four wickets included the scalps of Anirudh Singh, Dwayne Smith, Azhar Bilakhia and Ryan Harris and brought the Rajasthan Royals back into the game. Warne’s previous best bowling analysis was 3/19.
Warne tossed up most of his deliveries and got the ball to turn and rip a lot, much like he had in his heydays. One of Warne’s wickets brought out the same reaction that had emanated during the 1999 World Cup semi-finals for Australia against South Africa.
