Kane Williamson in New Zealand squad
New Zealand has decided to include Kane Williamson in their Test match squad to play the second Test match against Australia at Hamilton. Darryl Tuffey will miss out of the squad due to the injury that also kept him out of most part of the second innings of the first Test match.
New Zealand had earlier also called upon Matthew Sinclair for the first Test match but did not play him at Wellington. It remains to be seen whether he gets chosen for the game, or whether Williamson will make his Test match debut.
Sinclair is a senior pro at 34, but averages only 14 against the Australian side. He has been in good form in the domestic circuit in New Zealand, but then, so is Williamson.
The second Test match starts at Hamilton from 27th of March, 2010.
