Wayne Parnell out of IPL due to groin injury
Wayne Parnell will no longer be a part of the Indian Premier League after he hurt his groin and will be flying back to South Africa. Parnell was a part of the Delhi Daredevils and was bought by the side for a sum of $610,000.
Parnell did not play a single game in the tournament.
Parnell joins the growing list of injury list in the IPL. Already his team-mate and captain, Gautam Gambhir has not played in the previous three games, whereas the likes of Justin Kemp, MS Dhoni, VVS Laxman, Graeme Smith and Dimitri Mascarenhas are also in the injured-list.
