KKR lose wicket off first ball…and off the fourth!
Winning the toss and electing to field first, the Deccan Chargers got the reward they needed, when Manoj Tiwari was dismissed off the very first ball of the tournament. Ganguly departed three balls later.
A gentle in-swinger from Chaminda Vaas was flicked away to the square-leg where Rohit Sharma took an easy catch.
A couple of balls later, Sourav Ganguly was deceived into going for a stroke that he could have well avoided as he edged another out-swinger from Vaas to the slips; Kolkata seemed to have begun exactly where they had left it last season at 0 for the loss of two wickets!
